A very ripe nose features notes of poached plum mocha wood toast and a pretty floral top note. The more refined and more tension filled middle weight flavors flash evident minerality on the youthfully austere and sneaky long finish. This too will need to add better depth to achieve the top end of my projected range. (Drink starting 2028)
